Job Summary

Senior Director, GTM Enablement owns the enablement operating system for Pendo’s Revenue organization, scaling Command of the Message reinforcement, building AI-native practice and certification loops, strengthening onboarding, and linking enablement to measurable outcomes like ramp time, attainment distribution, pipeline quality, and retention. Leads a team across role architecture, technical architecture, GTM readiness, and program management; partners with senior GTM leaders to drive durable decisions. In-office in Raleigh, NY, SF, or Remote in the United States; hybrid culture noted with in-office 3 days per week otherwise remote. Responsibilities include designing reinforcement using Gong signals and Exec.com certification, building manager enablement tracks, defining quality standards with GTM AI Operations, and delivering quarterly gap reports to leadership. Must-haves include 8+ years in GTM enablement/revenue ops, fluency with MEDDPICC, AI-enabled programs, measurable revenue outcomes, and experience enabling both quota-carrying and post-sale roles; familiarity with Gong/Exec.com/Salesforce/AI reinforcement tools; ability to work under ambiguity and influence stakeholders; strong communication. Nice-to-haves include familiarity with Pendo, product marketing, or PMM-to-field translation.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in GTM enablement, revenue operations, or sales/CS leadership in B2B SaaS
  • Deep hands-on fluency with Command of the Message and MEDDPICC fundamentals
  • Experience designing AI-native enablement programs and using AI as a standard part of how you work
  • Proven ability to connect enablement programs to measurable revenue outcomes (attainment distribution, ramp time, pipeline quality, retention)
  • Demonstrated track record building manager readiness programs that improve rep performance
  • Experience enabling both quota-carrying Account Executives and post-sale Customer Engineering/Customer Success roles
  • Active fluency with enablement and revenue technology (Gong, Exec.com or equivalent platforms, Salesforce) and AI-assisted reinforcement tools
  • Ability to move without a complete picture, align stakeholders under ambiguity, and make decisions that stick
  • Ability to partner credibly with Enterprise and Commercial sales leadership
  • Strong written communication skills
