Job Summary
Lead global sourcing efforts across Money Processing, Retail Solutions, Fleet, and Transportation categories to develop and execute advanced strategies that optimize service levels and deliver significant cost reductions. Establish aggressive, multi-year targets and key performance indicators for sourcing activities, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, operational excellence, and financial goals while driving value, innovation, and competitive advantage. Manage a cross-functional team of sourcing professionals, oversee supplier performance, and guide the creation of a comprehensive 3-5 year strategic roadmap for global initiatives. Provide expert-level market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, collaborating with senior leadership across Operations, Finance, and Legal to align sourcing strategies with broader organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of strategic sourcing experience
- 5+ years of experience at a senior leadership level
- Expertise in developing and executing complex category strategies that span multiple countries and regions
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment with key stakeholders
- Extensive experience in global contract negotiation
- Strong proficiency in data analytics and spend management
- In-depth understanding of total cost of ownership principles, cost modeling, and the ability to analyze cost drivers across global supply chains
- Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics, market conditions, and global sourcing trends
- Ability to influence at the executive level
- Demonstrated success in leading change management initiatives and influencing organizational transformation through sourcing
- Experience in managing multi-million dollar budgets and driving financial performance against targets
