Job Summary
Senior leadership role overseeing GAAP/SOX-compliant financial control environment, budgeting/forecasting, cash flow, pricing, inventory, and revenue management to maximize revenue and profit. Responsibilities include developing policies to ensure timely/accurate financial statements; interfacing with executive teams and external/internal audits; preparing quarterly cash flow forecasts; developing executive-level presentations; leading HR-related projects (bonus plan, performance review processes); and supporting growth into new segments and geographies while maintaining strong controls. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with SixTop leadership and onboard leadership duties during music festivals at sea, delivering world-class experiences to guests, artists, and partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (experience in both is a major plus)
- 10 years of accounting/finance experience, CPA strongly preferred
- PeopleSoft Financials experience a plus
