Job Summary
Senior Finance Leader for the Industrial Solutions division, responsible for planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and regulatory compliance; partner with Group President and senior leadership to drive EBITDA, profitability, and efficiency; build and lead a global IS finance team across multiple countries/time zones; manage IS P&L, coordinate reports to the executive team, and drive strategic planning and financial integration of acquisitions; extensive experience with SAP/Oracle/Onestream and ERP systems in a manufacturing context; travel up to 20%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business Management or related fields
- MBA preferred but not required
- 5 years of related experience in a global, multi-site leadership role
- 10+ years of total experience in finance/accounting with P&L leadership
- Strong understanding of financial systems and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle)
- Experience with Onestream
- Proven ability to build and lead global teams
- Experience prioritizing capital investments and establishing annual business/strategic plans
- Travel: up to 20%
- Ability to partner with executive leadership and drive strategic financial direction
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to drive EBITDA and manage risk and regulatory compliance
