Job Summary
Lead oversight, strategy, and execution for global SDG Group finance functions including FP&A, Finance Transformation, and strategic leadership in key finance and business projects. Support the Group President and leadership team to set and deliver annual, long-range, and quarterly business plans while identifying complex financial risks and developing mitigation strategies. Lead core operating mechanisms such as the AOP, QBR/MBRs, and forecasts, and partner with group leadership to evaluate acquisition and divestiture opportunities through robust due diligence. Maintain strong internal controls aligned with US GAAP and drive operational improvements across the business. Reporting to the Group VP, Finance, this role extends as an active member of the SDG Leadership Team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting
- MBA preferred!
- 10+ years of experience in dynamic Finance roles including FP&A
- Solid understanding of Excel (i.e., financial models and analysis)
- Solid understanding of Cognos reporting tool (or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of PowerBI
- Solid understanding of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
- Travel, up to 15%
