Job Summary
Partner with global account teams to drive financial results, manage customer account financial status, and lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. Effectively communicate with leadership on financial performance, coach account managers on financial topics, and negotiate financial arrangements, credit issues, and business models with customers. Prepare quarterly financial reporting packages for leadership review and ensure monthly account analysis is performed while managing risk through credit and exposure handling. Stay abreast of industry trends to apply them to the business model. This role reports to the VP of Finance at Flex's Austin, TX headquarters as part of a new spin-off company.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience and training
- 12+ years of related experience, including Finance management experience
Desired Qualifications
- A background supporting manufacturing or global procurement and supply chain organizations preferred
- Masters Business Administration is preferred
