Job Summary
Manage venue operations and drive revenue for assigned locations with $8M–$20M in revenue by directing sales and operations leadership to maximize profitability. Develop strong relationships with key venue leaders, service high-profile events, and identify renewal opportunities while analyzing budgets and P&L statements to implement growth action plans. Direct daily floor operations, including scheduling, equipment setups, and inventory control, while ensuring adherence to brand standards and safety protocols. Act as a technical escalation point for leadership teams and oversee staff training on equipment, systems, and Encore standards. Work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays with on-call status in a hotel/convention center environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of audio-visual experience
- 7+ years of operations supervisory/management experience
- Effective relationship management skills and experience
- Strong financial acumen
- Sales Planning

- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Ability to support growth initiatives
- Proficiency with the use of computer hardware
