Job Summary
Drive the rollout of the global enterprise operating model by leading the business workstream for the D365 Finance & Operations implementation. Ensure best-in-class business capabilities are delivered by streamlining financial operations, strengthening cross-functional alignment, and driving process discipline across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory, logistics, and record-to-report cycles. Lead business validation, execute user acceptance testing, and manage dependencies with the PMO to guarantee timely delivery within scope. Champion organizational change management to ensure adoption of new processes and build confidence across teams while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls. Provide strategic leadership to Operational Excellence, Finance, and Operations teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or related field
- 12+ years of progressive experience in finance and/or operations leadership
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 F&O, including full lifecycle implementations
- Proven track record in leading international system rollouts, change management, and cross-functional leadership across multiple geographies
- Ability to lead and motivate talent across diverse functional domains
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Experience in retail apparel
- Possesses a deep understanding of D365 modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, O2C, and P2P
- Experience with cloud migration and minimizing customizations for scalability
