Sr Director - Enterprise Learning & Development

Job Summary
Lead the enterprise Learning & Development function for Lowe's, setting strategy, governance, and delivery across corporate, technology, stores, supply chain, Pro and Home Services, and contact centers. Oversee the design, development, and delivery of enterprise learning solutions using in-person, virtual, digital, self-service, and AI-enabled tools. Own Lowe's University learning delivery, including SSC training, onboarding, leadership development programs, and Supply Chain training. Partner with business leaders and HR to identify skill gaps and translate priorities into targeted learning solutions that drive measurable outcomes. Manage vendor relationships, establish governance standards, and monitor learning effectiveness metrics to continuously improve programs. Lead a global team of learning professionals in the U.S. and India, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Instructional Design, Learning, Leadership, Psychology, or other related fields
- 12 Years of Experience in training delivery and/or instructional design
- 12 Years of Progressive experience in one or more specialty functions of Human Resources
- 7 Years of Experience leading and mentoring a team
- 7 Years of Experience successfully managing multiple priorities & projects
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Organization Development, Instructional Design, Learning, Leadership, Psychology, or other related fields
- Experience in training delivery and/or instructional design for a large multi-state and/or global company as a COE manager
