Job Summary
Lead and shape Sauna360’s engineering organization by directing the full engineering function, establishing systems, standards, and processes to support quality, speed, and long-term growth; oversee ~5–6 direct reports with expansion over time; partner with manufacturing plants and suppliers to ensure manufacturability, reliability, and cost; drive regulatory compliance and international certifications; translate business objectives into engineered solutions to improve product performance and operational excellence; travel internationally (Sweden, China, Mexico) and collaborate across cross-cultural teams to deliver high-impact engineering outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience in manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated success leading engineering teams and managers (ideally >10 contributors)
- Strong background across product engineering and industrial or process engineering
- Exposure to quality systems and regulatory compliance
- Experience with products requiring global certifications or regulatory approval
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally (Sweden, China, Mexico)
- Hands-on leadership style with strategic thinking and sound judgment
- Ability to work on site in Cokato 3–4 days per week
