Job Summary
Senior leader to oversee Marvell’s global engineering applications and labs, defining roadmaps for modernizing engineering tools, managing lab environments, and migrating applications to the cloud. Build an integrated development platform that unifies workflows across labs and engineering applications (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD), drive DevSecOps and regulatory/compliance requirements, protect IP, and enable secure, scalable collaboration across global teams. Lead cross-functional efforts with Engineering, IT, Security, and Facilities to standardize processes, implement Labs as a Service, enable AI-assisted productivity, and ensure observability, resiliency, and incident readiness across data centers and cloud. Prioritize remote engineering workflows, lab automation, asset rationalization, and secure remote access while managing a multi-site, global initiative. Experience with semiconductor workflows/tools (EDA, verification, silicon validation) and strong program-management, stakeholder alignment, and communication skills are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Technology, or related field
- 15+ years in IT or technology leadership, including 5+ years in engineering applications or lab operations
- Proven success leading large-scale standardization or transformation across global teams
- Exceptional program management, stakeholder alignment, and communication skills
- Certifications: PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma (a plus)
