Sr. Director, Delivery Management

Senior Regional Delivery Leader for America West who defines what great AI delivery looks like in the field, builds embedded delivery capabilities, earns trust at the C-suite, and turns early deployments into long-term platform adoption. Own delivery success and business performance across the West region, partnering with Sales before contract signing and remaining the senior delivery authority through go-live and beyond. Build and lead the Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team, define engagement models (embedded on-site, remote retainer, and GSI co-delivery), develop playbooks and skill matrices, manage utilization and margin targets, and shape the Deployment Strategist capability. Serve as the delivery executive for regional accounts, drive customer outcomes, lead executive steering committees, and govern the regional portfolio with KPI-driven oversight. Seek to grow adoption to broader platform usage, establish trusted relationships with C-suite customers, and ensure sustainable delivery economics. We are looking for 12+ years in delivery leadership with proven ability to deploy FDE or similar delivery models in complex enterprise environments, P&L ownership, and deep domain fluency in relevant industries, plus experience leading enterprise AI, data, or platform transformation programs from pilot to production at scale.
