Job Summary
Lead strategic client API integration planning and execution from solution alignment through launch for Visa DPS Credit. Partner directly with clients to define business objectives, API requirements, and adoption plans aligned to product capabilities. Drive alignment across product, technology, implementation, sales, risk, compliance, and operations to manage priorities and dependencies. Oversee integration delivery governance, including milestones, risks, issue resolution, readiness tracking, and executive reporting. This client-facing role requires strong execution discipline in a matrixed environment, with occasional travel to client sites and Visa offices globally. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, with specific expectations confirmed by the Hiring Manager.
Required Qualifications
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD)
- minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD
- Visa requires at least 3 days in office
- Travel 5-10% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- 15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree
- 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD)
- PhD with 9+ years of experience
- 10+ years in retail banking, credit issuing, payments processing, or API-enabled financial services
- Experience leading client-facing API or technology integrations for strategic clients
- Strong stakeholder management across product, technology, implementation, sales, risk, compliance, and operations
- Ability to translate business objectives into integration requirements, execution plans, and measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication and executive influence in a matrixed environment
- MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
