Job Summary
Architect and oversee the global financial infrastructure, driving high-performance accounting operations and robust financial reporting frameworks. Serve as the primary deputy to the VP of Finance, guiding financial strategy, fiscal integrity, and enterprise risk management across all international entities. Direct the enterprise risk management strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance and safeguarding global assets, while championing digital transformation initiatives to increase efficiency and automation. Lead complex global M&A integration activities, establish and govern enterprise-wide financial policies, and cultivate a high-performing global finance leadership team. Collaborate with executive leadership to define the long-term financial roadmap and oversee audit strategy and external auditor relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA certification
- 12–15 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance
- 5–10 years in a significant senior leadership capacity within a complex, global environment
- 2–3 years of experience operating at a Director level
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Demonstrated ability to oversee audits and ensure compliance
- Proficiency in financial systems and software
- Extensive experience using Sage or comparable ERP platforms
- High proficiency in the Google Workspace technology ecosystem
- Ability to develop financial models, conduct variance analysis, and drive process improvements across finance functions
- Proven expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making within complex organizational structures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated strength in team leadership, delegation, and coaching
- Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving orientation
- Ability to manage change in a dynamic business environment
- Availability to work during US EST business hours
- Necessary schedule overlap with US EST business hours
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Prior experience in a global BPO setup
