Sr. Director - Compensation

Job Summary
Senior-level opportunity to lead and shape compensation strategy and program design for a global organization. You will collaborate with senior executives to define market positioning, oversee base and variable pay programs, manage long-term incentive programs, oversee global mobility and relocation, lead job evaluation and market surveys, provide executive counsel on compensation decisions, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive performance-based pay in alignment with business objectives. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential, with requires a Bachelor's degree and extensive compensation experience; CCP/SHRM certification is preferred. The role involves interfacing with Board of Directors and senior leadership, managing a team, and delivering salary structures, incentive design, and governance in a global context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10 or more years of relevant Compensation work experience and/or relevant Human Resources experience
- 5 or more years of experience in a supervisory or management level position
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation and/or SHRM certification preferred
