Job Summary
Sr. Director, Client Success – Strategic Health Plans at Progyny leads end-to-end management of a portfolio of health plan clients, onboarding and expanding relationships, collaborating with Implementation and Marketing to define goals and measure outcomes, and identifying upsell opportunities while delivering business reviews that demonstrate ROI. The role requires managing client life cycles, aligning strategies with client needs, reselling Progyny services, and coordinating cross-team issues to maintain high client satisfaction across fully insured, ASO, and Medicare/Medicaid health plans. The position emphasizes stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and the ability to operate in a growth-oriented, startup-like environment, with US-based employment and no visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level customer success/account management or roles, ideally with health plan experience
- Experience managing national and regional health plans across fully insured, ASO, and Medicare/Medicaid lines of business
- Ability to build relationships with team members, customer stakeholders, and c-level executives
- Strong process orientation and ability to identify needs and execute projects that improve Client Success practice and relationships with Health Plans
- Understanding of data and key metrics for client success
- Strong growth mindset and ability to influence via analytical and storytelling skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple clients and projects
- Comfortable with small teams and adapting to ambiguous startup environments
