Job Summary
Design and implement the global business system for transactional operations, establishing governance, dashboards, and sustainment mechanisms. Partner with executive leadership to drive enterprise-wide improvement initiatives, deploy Hoshin Kanri, and standardize Lean vehicles across Commercial and Service functions. Lead large-scale root-cause analysis to close performance gaps, coach senior leaders on Lean behaviors, and utilize digital/AI solutions to accelerate deployment. Oversee Lean maturity assessments and foster innovation through best-practice sharing and continuous improvement techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in business, Quality, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Continuous Improvement across multiple business domains
- Minimum of 5-10 years in business roles using a lean business system
- Significant experience in working within and with a mature lean business system
- Significant experience in leading enterprise business transformations with recognized business impact at scale
- Demonstrated leadership capability, especially leading senior leaders indirectly through influence
- Strong business acumen
- Mastery of Lean systems, cultural transformation, and change leadership
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to establish rapport with leaders and peers across levels and geographies
- Proven analytical and systems-thinking capability with end-to-end solution design
- Excellent facilitation and strategic-thinking skills
- Proactive risk management and issue-resolution skills with appropriate escalation
- 50–75% travel
- Based out of any UK/EU location
