Job Summary
As a Senior Director Analyst in Retail Supply Chain Strategy, you will create innovative insights for Retail Chief Supply Chain Officers (CSCOs), develop strategies to improve supply chain processes, and lead AI and digital transformation initiatives. Essential responsibilities include conducting in-depth market analysis, providing actionable advice during client interactions, and crafting high-value presentation materials for conferences. Candidates must possess deep expertise in retail supply chain operations, including demand forecasting, inventory strategy, and fulfillment processes, along with strong capabilities in research and communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience
- Retail Supply Chain Expertise
- Experience defining and executing end‐to‐end retail supply chain strategies
- Experience leading or advising AI‐enabled and digital transformation initiatives
- Ability to represent Gartner's research methodology and strategies effectively at all levels
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
