Job Summary
Senior leader responsible for establishing and continuously improving the risk assessment process for Agribusiness loans, reviewing and approving loan memos up to $25MM, and representing credit risk in governance committees. Partners with cross-functional teams to evolve policy, underwriting guidelines, and collateral management; monitors portfolio quality and trends; supports growth and strategic initiatives; and serves as a voting member of key credit committees. Requires extensive experience in credit risk management, commercial lending knowledge, and a track record of leading organization-wide process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant credit risk management or financial services experience
- Knowledge of commercial loan P&L dynamics
- Leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Experience across business lines to drive decisions
- Strong understanding of lending laws and regulations governing financial institutions
- Demonstrated success in driving changes to policy, analytics, and underwriting guidelines
- Ability to review and approve loan memos with exposure up to $25MM
- Unrestricted work authorization and no future sponsorship required
