Job Summary
Senior Director, Agentic Patterns, Tools & Analytics leads the enterprise deployment of agentic AI capabilities, builds the tooling ecosystem for production-grade AI, and establishes analytics to quantify impact. Responsible for evaluating enterprise-scale AI patterns (e.g., RAG, function calling, structured output, autonomous agent loops), creating a reference architecture library, embedding guardrails with risk/compliance teams, guiding enterprise AI tooling strategy, leading cross-functional teams to accelerate AI development, and building analytics to surface KPI-driven business outcomes. Requires extensive experience in AI/ML, enterprise architecture, senior leadership, and hands-on familiarity with agentic frameworks and observability tools.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML, enterprise architecture, or technology strategy
- at least 4 years in a senior leadership role
- expertise in agentic AI system design — including LLM orchestration frameworks, tool-use patterns, autonomous agent architectures, and evaluation methodologies
- strong command of MLOps practices, AI development lifecycles, and enterprise AI governance
- technical credibility to engage deeply with engineering teams
- proven track record building developer tooling, shared AI platforms, or capability frameworks with measurable adoption across large, complex organizations
- experience establishing and presenting analytics and measurement frameworks to executive stakeholders, translating AI activity into business impact
- collaborative leadership style with ability to influence across business and technology functions without direct authority
