Job Summary
Provide supervision, guidance, instruction, and skill building to assigned individuals regarding daily living activities, safety, vocational tasks, and social interactions. Supervise direct care staff and manage Program site activities in the absence of the Program Manager. Deliver care to autistic, intellectually, and developmentally challenged individuals within the Lakeside Program at Bancroft's Monroeville campus. Work the 2nd shift (Sunday 9a-10p, Mon-Wed 2p-11p) for 39 hours full time at a rate of $19.61-$20.00 per hour plus incentives.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Program Associate in the Bancroft organization
Desired Qualifications
- Additional education in a related field
- BA in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
