Job Summary
The Senior Direct Care Worker is responsible for providing quality care aligned with treatment recommendations and Agency Policy. This role involves supporting, training, orienting, mentoring, and supervising staff with the guidance of the Child Care Coordinator and Program Manager. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing therapeutic activities for residents, promoting positive values such as integrity and self-respect, overseeing the cleanliness of living units, and maintaining daily log entries and data collection related to behavior plans.
