Job Summary
Oversee supply chain portfolio prioritization and oversight, data operations leadership including EDI modernization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive portfolio health and financial impact. Lead a global team in data operations and vendor issue management, partner with finance for portfolio health, and provide executive communications. Build and lead a high-performing team to execute a strategic supply chain roadmap, deliver process improvements, and enable organizational efficiency across Lowe’s nationwide network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations Management or related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement
- 11-15 years of experience within Home Improvement or other retail sectors
- 8-10 years of experience in leadership of managers and cross functional teams
- 8-10 years’ experience in program management leading large transformational initiatives
- 8-10 years' experience in process improvement and change management
