Job Summary
Lead and manage ServiceNow's Korea partner and channel ecosystem as a senior leader. Responsible for driving ecosystem growth, partner/customer outcomes, and program adherence across five RTMs (C&I, MSP, Reseller, Hyperscaler, Build + ISV). Develop GTM strategies, forecast sales quotas, and coordinate with Partner Marketing, Enablement, and Solution/Technical Architecture teams to drive NNACV, delivery CSAT, and demand generation. Manage a professional services Partner ecosystem, ensure quarterly and weekly sales execution, and engage CXO-level partners to advance strategic priorities. Oversee partner enablement, marketing, and events to drive awareness and investment in the Korea market.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in field sales with Global System Integrators, MSPs, ISVs, Resellers in Korea
- 5 years of management experience leading partner/channel teams
- experience leading cross-market teams including Korea
- ability to lead and direct Partner Managers and cross-functional stakeholders
- experience with NNACV growth and partner motions
- ability to work in highly matrixed environments
