Job Summary
Senior leader responsible for growing and managing ServiceNow's partner and channel ecosystem across ANZ. Drives GTM strategy, NNACV growth, and customer success through five RTMs (Consulting & Implementation, MSP, Reseller, Hyperscaler, Build + ISV) with support from Partner Marketing, Enablement, and Solution/Technical Architects. Oversees a team of Partner Managers, collaborates with CXO-level partners, and aligns regional objectives with global programs. Leads regional sales objectives, quarterly objectives, and demand generation activities; ensures delivery CSAT and healthy partner ecosystem activity; coordinates webinars, partner events, and enablement to sustain partner growth and market presence. Work is conducted in a distributed, flexible manner with hybrid in-office and remote arrangements in Sydney.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in field sales or related experience with Global System Integrators, Advisory Firms, MSPs, Hyperscalers, ISVs, and Resellers at ANZ level
- 5 years of management experience leading partner or channel teams
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple geographies including ANZ
- Leadership and direction to Partner Managers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to work in highly matrixed environments
- Roll-up-sleeves attitude for growth objectives
- Strong understanding of partner enablement, partner marketing, and solution/technical architecture disciplines
- Experience driving NNACV growth and customer success through partner motions
- Experience coordinating with Marketing and local resources for campaigns and enablement
