Job Summary
Sr. Digital Platforms Specialist who leads web projects and bridges technical and marketing teams to deliver high-impact, frictionless web experiences for Americas web properties. Responsible for translating business needs into Agile requirements (epics, user stories), guiding deployment, publishing marketing content, and driving optimization through analytics, A/B testing, and SEO/AEO. Works as a web product owner across multiple properties, collaborates with stakeholders, and ensures usability, feasibility, accessibility, and performance. Requires 4+ years in Agile environments, experience with Salesforce/Sales Cloud/Marketing Cloud, CMS publishing (Contentful/AEM/WordPress), analytics (Google Analytics), optimization tools (Optimizely/Adobe Target), tag management, and strong SEO knowledge; bachelor’s degree in related field. Ensure WCAG compliance and privacy considerations for the Americas, with strong collaboration and project-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing technology, marketing operations, or product management (or equivalent)
- 4+ years of Agile project management experience
- Experience writing Agile requirements for integrated web projects (Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, APIs)
- Publishing in CMS platforms (Contentful, AEM, WordPress)
- Proficiency in web analytics (Google Analytics) and website optimization tooling (Optimizely, Adobe Target)
- Strong knowledge of SEO/AEO best practices and technical SEO
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript; familiarity with tag management (Google Tag Manager)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders under deadlines
- Familiarity with WCAG and privacy regulations for the Americas
- Strong project management, leadership, and organizational skills
- Team-friendly, collaborative work style
