Sr Digital Product Manager

Job Summary
Collaborate with key stakeholders and senior management to define the digital product vision and roadmap. Provide leadership to delivery teams including product owners, designers, and developers by building a culture that prioritizes user experience. Research market and customer insights to inform strategy, then establish and prioritize the backlog in alignment with business objectives. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement workshops, and release planning while managing trade-offs between near-term and long-term goals. Coordinate with cross-functional partners to maintain cross-team alignment on dependencies and ensure products optimize ROI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or equivalent work in a related field
- Eight years of experience with digital experience and/or relevant industries such as insurance, retirement, or financial services
- Five years of experience as a product manager, product owner, business analyst, or a related role
- Second level Product Owner / Product Manager certification (e.g. CSPOII, SAFe POPM)
- Expert knowledge of agile delivery methodologies
- Experience with JIRA, or similar agile product management toolset
- Experience establishing and executing a product vision and roadmap across several teams/domains
- In-depth experience with agile methodologies, technical understanding of products, and up to date on industry standards and best practices
- Solid understanding of the product lifecycle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and highly organized, with precise attention to detail
- Ability to build strong relationships with business analysts, UI/UX team, leadership, senior management, and internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of software development
- Hybrid position requiring three days (Tuesday-Thursday) in office per week in one of our hub locations (Philadelphia, or Denver)
Desired Qualifications
- Track record of continued and recent education in agile, including training, conferences, user groups and self-study
- Knowledge of approaches discussed in the agile space: XP, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Crystal, FDD, etc.
- Experience as a collaborative leader
- Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment, including participation in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, refinement sessions, PI Planning, and release trains
