Job Summary
Owns the end-to-end delivery and health of key digital capabilities or processes. Translates business requirements into digital requirements and acceptance criteria, partners with designers to develop client journeys, refines scope with Technology teams, and guarantees quality through business acceptance testing. Defines requirements and influences designs across multiple lines of business for Digital Wealth Account and Client Service client journeys. Manages project planning, sprint and release planning, and contributes to the execution of the program roadmap leveraging Agile principles. Creates presentations and written materials to enhance project outcomes and communicates effectively with stakeholders to secure ongoing support for owned features. Builds and maintains relationships across stakeholders to navigate the bank and deliver owned features. Applies business knowledge to make informed decisions at every stage of the product development and sustainment lifecycle. Oversees governance, risk management, data use, and client feedback to drive feature roadmap and prioritization. Mentors teams and ensures delivery aligns with business metrics and goals.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Analytical skills and the ability to understand business metrics and business case goals
- Excellent communication and writing skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management within the organization
- Operations and analytics experience
- High School Diploma or GED / Secondary School or equivalent (minimum education requirement)
