Job Summary
Design secure CI/CD pipelines for deploying security tools and infrastructure, automating provisioning via Infrastructure as Code across on-prem VMware and cloud environments. Integrate SAST, DAST, container scanning, and compliance checks into DevOps workflows while supporting the migration of security platforms into a dedicated enclave. Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to enforce secure configurations, implement logging and alerting pipelines, and monitor system health. Maintain active TS/SCI clearance and apply security frameworks like RMF and NIST 800-53. This role supports a government contract for a client in Reston, VA, within M9 Solutions' Cyber Security and Cloud Migration capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- 8+ years of experience in DevSecOps, Software Engineering, or related engineering disciplines
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
- Experience with Containerization and Orchestration tools (e.g., Docker and Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps)
- Experience with hybrid environments, such as VMware and Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience implementing security compliance frameworks (e.g., RMF, NIST 800-53, STIGs) and integrating security tools into pipelines (e.g., vulnerability scanning, secrets management)
- Proficiency with Python, Bash, or PowerShell
