Sr. DevOps Engineer

Job Summary
Senior DevOps Engineer responsible for designing and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, automation across workflows, and building observability through monitoring/logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog). Mentors junior engineers; collaborates with Engineering, QA, Security; requires 5+ years in DevOps/SRE; strong coding in Bash/Python/PowerShell; experience with Terraform/CloudFormation; strong collaboration; remote/hybrid-friendly organization.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role
- Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Hands-on experience with writing, reading, and debugging code in a production environment
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to design and build new systems and solutions from the ground up
- Ability to take open-ended projects, define implementation plans, and independently drive them to completion
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong scripting capabilities (Bash, Python, or PowerShell)
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
- Rotational morning shifts
