Job Summary
The Sr. Device Administrator is responsible for managing workstation and mobile device deployments, ensuring optimal device functionality and security. This role involves managing endpoint security, conducting vulnerability assessments, providing expert-level support for endpoint issues, and contributing to organizational IT infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include proficiency in Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems, managing endpoint policies and procedures, and defining best practices for endpoint security. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in enterprise support for managing endpoints and devices, along with scripting capabilities and familiarity with various operating systems.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in supporting a corporate technology driven organization
- 5+ years of enterprise support experience in managing endpoints, mobile and IOT devices
- Workstation and Mobile Device Management (MDM) using cloud technologies
- End point device vulnerability audit
- Understanding of OOB (Out of Box) device deployment frameworks for macOS and Windows
- Desktop imaging over WDS, WDT, and Dell Deployment toolkit
- Scripting with PowerShell, Bash, Z-Shell, Python, and C#
- Migration of local systems from on-premises to cloud
- Windows 10, 11, Mac OS, IOS, and Android operating systems experience
- Understanding of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Autopilot, Windows CoPilot
