Job Summary
Sr. Development Manager responsible for managing and directing development resources across Salesforce, Workday, React, and Node.js platforms, ensuring alignment with the technology vision and architecture standards. Drive innovative software solutions, oversee daily development resources, provide strategic project updates to technology leadership, enforce governance and coding standards, create analytics on development efforts, mentor developers, conduct performance reviews, and foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment. Also accountable for staying current with technology advancements, addressing skill gaps with technology leadership, and ensuring secure, scalable delivery aligned to business priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years in a leadership role delivering software application projects
- Minimum of 3 years people leadership experience
- Experience or exposure to Salesforce and Workday platforms preferred
- Salesforce Platform Builder certification preferred
