Sr. Desktop Tech - Exec Supp.

Provide dedicated, high-touch IT support to the Chancellor, senior leadership, and their administrative teams with an emphasis on minimal disruption and rapid resolution. Serve as the primary owner for executive IT issues from intake through full resolution, driving end-to-end coordination across infrastructure, applications, security, and other IT service teams. Manage macOS systems (primary) and Windows devices, including device configuration, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and mobile device setups. Ensure a consistent white-glove experience through on-site, remote, and event-based support for conference rooms and high-profile meetings. Escalate appropriately and follow through with urgency to ensure timely updates and closure while translating technical issues into clear updates for stakeholders. Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all interactions involving sensitive information.
