Job Summary
Sr Designer, User Experience located in Bellevue, WA will develop design concepts and prototypes, apply UX processes, conduct user research, create specifications, develop user profiles, and communicate findings to leadership. Responsibilities include delivering mockups/prototypes using UX tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD), conducting usability studies, solving user pain points with design thinking, and collaborating with Product Managers, Engineering, and leadership to drive product features. Requires Master’s degree in CS/IS/Software Eng or related with 3 years (or Bachelor's with 5 years) of relevant experience. Telecommuting is permitted, but onsite presence required 3-4 days per week. Wage range: $212,202 to $217,000 per year. Location: Bellevue, WA. Bonus and extensive benefits described.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related, and three years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related, and five years of relevant work experience.
