Job Summary
Lead conceptual design, presentations, and implementation documents for multiple projects while directing project teams through development and execution. Establish project vision and goals with clients, leading presentations to foster relationships and exercising persuasion on critical issues. Oversee schematic land and site planning drawings, 3D rendering, and graphic presentations to convey design intent and methodologies. Manage design solutions based on industry standards, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and resolve complex issues to maintain project objectives. Direct material and systems evaluations, lead team meetings on technical coordination, and maintain client expectations across fast-paced environments.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field
- Typically 15+ years of experience
- Architectural registration
- Advanced experience and skills in Revit
- Advanced experience and skills in Rhino
- Advanced experience and skills in Grasshopper
- Advanced experience and skills in Dynamo
- Intermediate skills in Navis
