Job Summary
Sr. Designer for Product and Web leads visual and interaction design across Knotch’s platform, marketing site, and brand touchpoints, with a major focus on shaping an AI-driven product in development. Own end-to-end product design from discovery through visual design and implementation, collaborate with leadership, product, and engineering, and translate evolving requirements into intuitive user experiences. Responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma; design web pages, email templates, event materials, and marketing assets; ensure feasibility and scalability with engineering; iterate based on feedback, data, and product strategy. Requires 5+ years of design experience across product, web, and brand, a strong portfolio across web, brand, and product UI, and proficiency with design tools (Figma; Illustrator/Photoshop/Webflow/Framer a plus). Remote-friendly with US and Canada candidates; compensation ranges USD 115,000–175,000 for US and USD 105,000–136,000 for Canada; open to NYC-based freelance applicants.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years design experience across product, web, and/or brand
- Portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design craft
- Experience designing marketing websites, brand systems, or campaign creative
- Comfort working across product and marketing/web surfaces
- Experience with AI-powered or data-driven products preferred
- Proficiency in Figma; experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, Webflow, Framer, or motion tools is a plus
