Job Summary
Sr. Designer, Print & Pattern responsible for executing the print/pattern vision for Apparel, Footwear, and Accessories. Lead concept development, sample creation, and storytelling around Print, Patterns & Graphics; mentor a design team and coordinate with Development to align on delivery dates. Located within commuting distance of Baltimore, MD HQ with a hybrid schedule (4 days in-office per week); relocation may be provided. Sponsorship eligibility is limited to US applicants.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in Print and Pattern Design for Apparel, Footwear and/or Innovation
- Ability to drive consumer-centric design and development process
- Ability to oversee, mentor, and inspire designers
- Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to defend concepts with research and visuals
- Experience managing calendars and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of Print and Pattern Design experience in Apparel, Footwear and/or Innovation
- Proven ability to drive consumer-centric design and development processes
- Experience mentoring and inspiring designers and managing delivery timelines
