Job Summary
Create seasonal mood and trend boards in collaboration with the Design Director. Develop accurate artwork, repeats, and specs using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Prepare design files for sampling and production while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product execution matches design intent. Support product revisions, costing updates, and presentation materials. Stay on top of timelines, trends, and technical innovations in textiles. Contribute ideas and assist wherever needed throughout the design process. You'll report to the Design Director and work closely with Production, Packaging, and Merchandising to support the design and development of innovative home products. This role focuses on designing a new premium licensed brand for the off-price market.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field
- 5+ years of design experience in home or fashion/apparel
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Detail-driven with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow
- Monday – Thursday onsite, Friday remote
