Job Summary
Crocs is seeking a Color, Materials, and Graphics Sr. Designer to contribute to consumer-facing product development, focusing on color, materials, and graphics across sandal styles. You will drive color curation, surface design, and material details, stay ahead of global trends through market travel and research, and communicate design visions to cross-functional partners. Responsibilities include delivering multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across Design, Category Management and Development, and contributing to R&D and seasonal design pipelines. Required skills include strong color/material/design sensibilities, storytelling/presentation to influence direction, and 5+ years of design experience with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; travel domestically and internationally is expected. Travel and in-person collaboration are integrated into the role’s hybrid structure, with in-office expectations varying by persona.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in fashion or industrial build, graphics, apparel or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant design experience.
- Technical understanding and proficiency in Adobe Suite: Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Ability to travel domestically & internationally.
