Sr. Design Professional

Analyze and develop approaches to creating and modifying architectural documents, elevations, sections, and details while translating design intent into technical drawings. Develop, modify, and review drawings according to established standards, preparing 2D and 3D presentation designs and building models for client and project team review. Lead small teams of junior technicians in solving technical and design detail problems, mentoring staff and directing their work. Conduct product and code research, incorporate integrated sustainable design solutions, and apply proper QA/QC methods throughout project phases. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, assist in work planning and scheduling, and manage construction administration document archives. Facilitate internal and external communications while tracking all project data in electronic files.
