Sr. Demo Estimator/Project Manager, Greater Philadelphia Region

Assess costs and resources for demolition projects in the Greater Philadelphia Region, then manage contracts from award to finish by scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring compliance. Create monthly schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, and process change orders and technical problems with clients and suppliers. Visit project sites weekly for troubleshooting and quality assurance, while overseeing security and safety. Review daily cost reports, prepare AIA billing requisitions, and maintain all project files including submittals and as-built drawings. Conduct monthly analyses of job costs versus budget and report gross margin strategies to top management.
