Sr Demand Planner

Job Summary
Own the regional demand planning process for multiple key regions, developing and maintaining a rolling 18-month forecast for revenue and shipment volumes. Lead regional demand reviews with sales partners to align on forecast updates, risks, and opportunities. Partner with Sales to capture market insights, promotions, and other assumptions shaping the demand outlook, ensuring cross-functional alignment. Monitor forecast accuracy and identify drivers of variance to inform forecast adjustments. Analyze historical data, current performance, and consumption to produce an objective, data-driven forecast. Support and contribute toward the enhancement and implementation of forecasting tools, processes, and data quality. Create, manage, and analyze reports and dashboards to support Demand Planning and cross-functional teams, ensuring data-driven insights for accurate forecasting and strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a related analytical role.
- Ability to travel 10-15% for company offsites and events, team meetings, company onboarding, training and other business needs.
