Lead development of account- or brand-specific forecasts for internal sales and operations planning, including replenishment data, point-of-sale data, and promotional information; determine and apply appropriate statistical forecasting algorithms; maintain product history and promotional demand; analyze internal demand streams and categorize by demand patterns; align sales and marketing intelligence for each operating unit to improve forecast systems; collaborate with sales, marketing, R&D, and forecasting groups to drive accurate demand planning; contribute as a seasoned, autonomous individual contributor capable of mentoring others and managing projects from design to implementation; role emphasizes solving complex forecasting and planning challenges, with a focus on improving forecast accuracy and integrating cross-functional inputs into planning processes; requires advanced knowledge in the field and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with relevant experience.
