Job Summary
Lead demand generation efforts by defining the optimal marketing mix and executing data-driven B2B programs to maximize qualified leads and pipeline growth. Manage the marketing ad budget, prioritize spending across SEO, AEO, email, paid ads, and partner channels, and create automated programs to nurture web traffic. Collaborate with Product, Sales, CS, and Partnerships to establish growth strategies, rigorously measure lead and customer acquisition costs, and adjust tactics to maximize ROI. Maximize website conversion rates through A/B testing of structure, design, and content while analyzing industry trends and competitor tactics. Work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment in Austin, TX, with a global team powering shipping logic for 6,000+ brands.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in demand and lead generation marketing, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS
- Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, across SEO, AEO, email marketing, paid ads, partner marketing, and events
- Expertise with marketing automation and technology platforms (e.g. HubSpot, ad platforms, Google Analytics, Zapier, 6sense, Clay, or similar tools)
- Understand how to leverage AI agents and AI skills to optimize demand gen programs
- hands-on experience with paid ads
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong working relationships
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
