(Sr) Demand and Supply Chain Manager (Leadership role)

Job Summary
Sr) Demand and Supply Chain Manager leads affiliate logistics, driving demand planning and S&OP processes, optimizing supply strategies, and managing distributor operations to ensure product availability and minimize obsolescence. Responsible for coordinating logistics, warehousing, and cross-functional collaboration with global supply chain partners; supports successful product launches by securing supply readiness; develops and mentors a high-performing team and builds strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 8+ years in Demand Planning & Supply Management, 3PL management experience, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and strategic, innovative problem-solving abilities within the pharmaceutical industry.
Required Qualifications
- 3PL management experience is a must
- Min 8 years of experience in Demand Planning & Supply Management in MNC, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Bachelor's degree in Production Operations Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain management disciplines preferred, or equivalent work experiences
- Effective written and verbal communication skills are required, especially in English
- Strong strategy development and planning skills coupled with necessary knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing activities
- Creativity, innovation, decisiveness, and negotiation skills are necessary to resolve issues and drive the business forward
- Prefer developed people management skills; ability to lead, coach, manage and motivate people. Having proven leadership experience is the big plus
Desired Qualifications
- 3PL management experience is a must
- 8+ years of experience in Demand Planning & Supply Management in MNC (pharma preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Production Operations Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain management disciplines preferred, or equivalent work experiences

- Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing activities is desirable
