Job Summary
Sr. Delivery Manager at o9 Solutions responsible for managing end-to-end technology transformations in supply chain and enterprise planning, including budget, timeline, scope, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder communications across customer, vendor, and internal teams. Duties include creating and executing project plans, tracking deliverables, ensuring quality and adherence to methodologies, generating Statements of Work and customer proposals for incremental work, conducting performance reviews, mentoring junior staff, and exploring new business opportunities. Requires 5+ years of experience in managing large-scale transformations and 8+ years in customer-facing roles, with experience leading large teams across time zones and proficiency with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, ClickUp). Knowledge of global delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive value through strategic and tactical project management is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in supply chain, operations research, industrial engineering, production engineering, or a related field of study; Masters Preferred
