Job Summary
Lead and coordinate delivery routines for large programs, including kick-offs, status reviews, change controls, and tollgates. Communicate target outcomes, manage program risks and financials, and facilitate sync points between business, technology, and compliance leaders. Direct a delivery team, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to Enterprise Change Management standards while escalating roadblocks quickly. Track success metrics, align execution with deliverable requirements, and build strong partnerships with executives across multiple organizations. Manage portfolio operations and governance to drive consensus and resolve dependencies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial services
