Senior Database Administrator responsible for architecting HA/DR using Oracle Data Guard, RAC and SQL Server Always-On; manage PostgreSQL replication; lead DR drills and align with RTO/RPO; perform deep-dive performance tuning with AWR/ASH/TKPROF/DBMS_XPLAN; implement backup/recovery with RMAN, Data Pump, GoldenGate; deploy databases across AWS (RDS/Aurora/EC2) and OCI; drive monitoring, security controls (TDE, Unified Auditing, Database Vault) and PCI/SOX compliance; support SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL; develop shell scripting frameworks; explore GenAI-assisted automation for SQL optimization; mentor junior DBAs and lead enterprise database initiatives; strong focus on security, scalability, and cost optimization; certifications of interest include Oracle OCP, AWS certs; 6–12 years of enterprise DBA experience; excellent communication and leadership capabilities; locations note Atlanta, GA USA.
