Job Summary
Sr. Data Scientist responsible for applying advanced analytics and modeling to improve business results. Leads complex projects, mentors junior team members, and partners with IT, business, and data management to deploy models and improve data infrastructure. Demonstrates expertise in consumer analytics, ETL, feature engineering, model building, deployment, and MLOps; communicates technical material to non-technical stakeholders and guides decision making with data-driven insights. Requires strong programming (Python, SQL, SAS, R), open-source/cloud tools (AWS, Snowflake), data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and a proven ability to manage end-to-end data science workflows in a hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of work experience in data analysis, statistical or mathematical modeling, or related.
