Job Summary
Design and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems, analyze diverse datasets to extract actionable insights, and lead the full production deployment cycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product and engineering, while performing rigorous statistical modeling, algorithm optimization, and validation. Develop visualizations and dashboards to communicate results, mentor junior profiles, and define best practices in data science. Requires fluent English, over five years of experience in ML and AI, advanced Python proficiency, and strong SQL skills for handling large datasets. This role supports Codea IT's digital transformation across LATAM, working remotely with access to top-tier equipment and ongoing English training.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English
- +5 years of experience in ML, AI and data analysis
- Advanced mastery of Python and ML/AI libraries
- Solid knowledge in statistics, regression, classification and time series
- Experience with SQL and handling large datasets
- Experience in model deployment (production, scalability, performance)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), big data (Spark, Hadoop) and collaboration with Data Engineering teams
